Waltz of the Flours Cupcakes is where my lifelong love of artistry meets the joy of sharing something sweet.
I am a retired ballerina who received formal training at Canada’s National Ballet School before dancing professionally with the National Ballet of Canada, The Hamburg Ballet in Germany, and the Alberta Ballet. After stepping off the stage, I spent eight wonderful years running H/W School of Ballet in Calgary, nurturing the next generation of dancers. When life brought me to St. John’s, Newfoundland—where my husband now directs the ballet company—I found myself inspired to explore a new creative path.
Baking became another way for me to express beauty, precision, and imagination. Each cupcake is crafted with the same care, detail, and artistry that shaped my ballet career. My goal is simple: to brighten your day, elevate your event, and bring a little moment of delight to those who enjoy my creations.
